Hmm... one idea I had for someone who lives in Eerie, is a crazy cat lady who turns out to be a witch. So maybe you could write a fic with her in it?
Another could be involving a circus, like you know how in some stories or shows where the kids want to run away and join the circus? Something that could deal with that. Uh, imaginary friends that turn out to be real, monsters living under the bed and/or closets.
I think about potential ideas for Eerie Indiana way too much.

They all sound great! Although that cat lady sounds like the Harry Potter character who's a squib...but maybe I'll try that one later.
